We ship most packages via UPS. Shipping and handling charges within the United States will be charged at a rate of $9.00 for the first $100.00 merchandise total unless otherwise *noted. Shipping charges will increase at an increment of $9.00 for every $100.00 of merchandise.

Orders shipped outside the United States will be charged the current shipping rate for that country plus a $3.50 handling charge. If you would like to know the shipping charges you may request that information in the comment section located on the second page of the shopping cart when checking out and we will e-mail you your total when ready to ship.

*Some items may require extra shipping due to the weight. Extra shipping charges will be noted on individual merchandise items as necessary.

Overnight and express shipping is available for most items Monday - Friday during regular business hours. Extra shipping charges will apply for all overnight and express shipped orders.

All payment information is sent through a secure server for your protection. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover on all orders. Personal checks and money orders can only be accepted for orders within the United States. We do not ship COD. Checks and money orders must clear before your order is shipped. Turn around time on these orders will be based on the day the check clears. Orders placed with the intent of paying via check or money order will be held for 10 days at which time the merchandise will be returned to regular stock upon non receipt of payment.

You may submit your credit card information online or you have the option of submitting your order and calling us with your credit card information during regular business hours. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CST and Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm CST. If you are submitting your order during off hours or holidays when we may be closed, please call during the next business day with your credit card information. Credit cards will be processed under the business name of Borden Family Pharmacy. All charges will appear on your credit card statement under the name of Borden Family Pharmacy.

International orders must be paid via a credit card. We maintain the right to refuse any order.

Any person using a credit card on our site to place an order is doing so with the full knowledge of our terms and policies. A copy of your order will be sent to the e-mail address that you submit with your order. Please print off and keep a copy of this order as your receipt. Charge backs to the credit card bank will be in violation and will be reported as credit card fraud to the local authorities.

We feel sure that you will be delighted with the quality of our merchandise. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Personalized or special orders however may not be returned. Merchandise must be returned in the condition that it was received and in it's original packaging with tags intact. Please notify us via E-mail or phone at 256-734-7535 if you need to return an item. Refunds will be issued according to the original form of payment. We will not refund shipping and handling charges.
